What is the estimated delivery time?
Sellers usually procure and ship items within the time mentioned on the product page.
Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi, etc.) on items sold on Mall of Aviation?
No. There are NO hidden charges on Mall of Aviation.
The price shown on the product page is final and all-inclusive.
Delivery charges, if applicable, are clearly mentioned based on the seller’s shipping policy.
Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each seller?
Delivery times vary due to:
Product availability
Seller’s location
Your delivery address
Courier partner delivery speed in your area

Whether your location can be serviced depends on:
Whether the seller ships to your location
Any legal restrictions on shipping specific products

I need to return an item. How do I arrange a pick-up?
Returns are simple.
Contact us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the complete return process.
Wherever possible, logistics will arrange a pick-up.
If pick-up is not available, you can return the item via a third-party courier.
Return shipping fees are borne by the seller.
What do the different product availability tags mean?
‘In Stock’
Items labeled as “In Stock” are ready to ship.
Estimated delivery:
4–6 business days via standard couriers
1–2 weeks for remote locations (via Registered Post)
‘Available’
Item is not currently stocked but can be procured after you place an order. Delivery time depends on procurement + shipping time.
‘Preorder’ / ‘Forthcoming’
Item will be released soon. It is shipped on its official release date and delivered within 3–6 business days.
‘Out of Stock’
Item is unavailable. Use ‘Notify Me’ to get alerts when it is back in stock.
‘Imported’
Product is sourced from outside India. Delivery may take 10+ days.
‘Back in Stock Soon’
Popular item currently sold out. You can book it, and it will ship as per the seller’s timeline.
‘Temporarily Unavailable’
Product not available for purchase right now. Use ‘Notify Me’ to get updates.
‘Permanently Discontinued’
Product is obsolete or production has ended.
‘Out of Print’
Product is no longer published and permanently unavailable.
Does Mall of Aviation deliver internationally?
Not at the moment.
Mall of Aviation currently delivers only within India.
You can still place orders from anywhere in the world using Indian or international cards (from 21 supported countries), but the delivery address must be in India.
