By working closely with established shipping partners, we maintain high delivery standards from dispatch to final doorstep handover.

In addition, our fulfillment team follows strict packing protocols to safeguard sensitive aviation and electronic components. Each product is carefully packed using protective materials to minimize the risk of damage caused by handling, vibration, or environmental factors during transit. This attention to detail helps preserve product integrity throughout the delivery journey.

Delivery Timeline & Service Areas

Standard Delivery
3–7 business days across India.

Expedited Delivery
1–3 business days for select pin codes and products. Additional charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Available for most orders. Please ensure the exact payable amount is ready at the time of delivery.

Important Note
Business days exclude Sundays and National Holidays. Delivery timelines begin from the date of dispatch. Once shipped, tracking details are shared via SMS and email.

How to Track Your Order

After dispatch, you will receive a unique tracking ID. You can track your order by:

  • Clicking the tracking link sent to your registered email or mobile number
  • Visiting the courier partner’s website and entering the tracking ID
  • Logging into your Mall of Aviation account and checking the My Orders section

This allows you to stay informed throughout the delivery process.

Important Delivery Information

Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address and contact number before placing an order. Once dispatched, orders cannot be modified or redirected.

Package Inspection at Delivery
We strongly recommend inspecting the package at the time of delivery. If possible, open the parcel in the presence of the delivery executive and check for any visible transit damage. Report any issues immediately.

Unsuccessful Deliveries
If delivery attempts fail due to incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or COD payment issues, the courier may return the order. In such cases, restocking or re-shipping charges may apply.

International Shipping
Currently, Mall of Aviation delivers only within India.

High-Value & Custom Orders

Orders involving DJI drones, FPV kits, bulk purchases, or high-value components may require special packaging and insured shipping. In such cases, our team may contact you to confirm delivery details and ensure secure handling.
