Shipping Policy
At Mall of Aviation, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you quickly and in perfect condition. To provide reliable service, we ship all orders through trusted and reputed courier partners.
While we make every effort to ship all items in your order together, in some cases items may be shipped separately depending on product availability, packaging requirements, or warehouse logistics. If this occurs, you will be notified in advance.
If you believe the package has been tampered with, damaged, or is not in good condition at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the shipment and report the issue immediately through our support system, mentioning your order reference number. Our team will review the issue and arrange for a replacement shipment if necessary.
Customers can track the shipping status of their orders through the order tracking section available on our website.
Please note that all items (including promotional items or gifts) will be shipped with an official invoice mentioning the product price, as required under Indian tax regulations.
After Order- We fulfill the order within 2-7 Days . Within Delhi we have porter service also available.
Shipping Partners
Mall of Aviation uses reliable courier partners to deliver orders safely across India. The shipping partner may vary depending on service availability for your location during checkout.
In some remote locations where courier coverage is limited, alternate shipping services may be used where available. However, availability of alternate shipping services cannot be guaranteed. We send the parcel with Bluedart, India Post, Trackon and Pigeon Courier Service.
Shipping Time & Delivery Time
Our team works to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
- Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation.
- Orders are shipped on working days (Monday to Saturday) excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping location, courier partner, and logistics conditions. Typically, orders are delivered within 2–7 business days across India.
Please note that delivery timelines are managed by courier companies and may vary due to transit routes, local conditions, or unforeseen delays. We recommend placing orders with sufficient delivery time rather than last-minute purchases.
Warranty Policy
Most products sold on Mall of Aviation come with a standard manufacturer warranty, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not apply in cases where the product has been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, electrical damage, modification, soldering changes, static discharge, or accidental damage.
If you receive a defective product, you must report the issue within the warranty period along with supporting images or videos. Our technical team will evaluate the issue and provide instructions for repair, replacement, or return if applicable.
If a replacement product is not available in stock, we may offer a full refund after verification of the issue.
Refund / Replacement Policy
Mall of Aviation is committed to delivering products that match the specifications and descriptions listed on the website.
To protect customers from shipping damage, incorrect items, or missing parts, customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery.
After reporting the issue through our support system, our team will review the submitted details and may request photographs or additional information to verify the problem. Once verified, we will provide instructions for returning the product and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if applicable.
After receiving the returned product, our technical team will inspect the item. If the issue is confirmed, we will either:
- Send a replacement product, or
- Issue a full refund if replacement stock is unavailable.
Products that show signs of misuse, modification, improper installation, or physical damage may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Order Cancellation Policy
Customers may request order cancellation or order modifications through email before the order is processed for shipment.
Only orders that are still in Pending or Payment Verification status can be modified or cancelled. Once an order has moved to processing or shipping status, cancellation may no longer be possible.
In certain cases, payment gateway or banking charges may apply to cancelled orders depending on the payment method used.
Due to the nature of the drone components and electronics products sold on our platform, cancellations and returns without a valid reason may not always be accepted. Mall of Aviation reserves the right to review and approve refund or cancellation requests.
Return Guidelines
If a product is confirmed defective and eligible for return, our team will provide an Return number.
Customers must clearly mention the RMA number on the shipping box when returning the product. Please do not write anything directly on the product packaging.
Returned items must include the original packaging, accessories, and invoice copy that came with the shipment.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, replacements are typically processed within 2 business days.
Limits of Responsibility
Mall of Aviation is not responsible for damage caused due to improper installation, incorrect wiring, polarity reversal, or misuse of electrical components.
Customers are advised to carefully follow product specifications and installation instructions when using drone electronics and components.
