1. Overview
At Mall of Aviation, we strive to provide a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. Our Refund and Returns Policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, labels, and included items must be intact
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- LiPo / Lithium batteries
- Electronic components (including ESCs, flight controllers, GPS modules, sensors, and similar items) if opened or used
- Propellers that have been installed, used, or show scratches
- Items damaged due to incorrect handling, installation, or misuse
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Health and personal care items
- Customized or special-order products
- Perishable goods (if applicable)
3. Proof of Purchase
To initiate a return, you must provide a valid order number, invoice, or proof of purchase.
Please note that items must not be sent back to the manufacturer.
All returns must be processed only through Mall of Aviation.
4. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
- The item shows visible signs of use
- Original packaging or accessories are missing
- The item is returned after 30 days (subject to review and approval)
- The item is damaged for reasons not attributable to Mall of Aviation
5. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated period, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary
- Contact your bank, as processing delays may occur

7. Sale Items
Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds.
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or at discounted prices are not eligible for refund.
8. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Once approved, you will be instructed on how and where to send the product.
Damaged During Delivery (Unboxing Video Required)
If you receive a damaged product, you must record an unboxing video and report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted without an unboxing video or after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
9. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase:
- You will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item
- Once the return is approved, a gift voucher will be issued
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Charges
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount
For high-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.
Mall of Aviation cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
