Mall of Aviation is a dedicated online marketplace for drones, UAVs, and aviation technology. As a registered seller, you gain access to a highly targeted audience actively searching for:

  • Drone Frames & Kits

  • Flight Controllers (FCs)

  • Motors, ESCs & Propellers

  • FPV Systems (Cameras, VTXs, Goggles)

  • Batteries, Chargers & Power Systems

  • Radios, Receivers & Antennas

  • Tools, Spare Parts & Accessories

Our Marketplace Model

Mall of Aviation operates strictly as an intermediary marketplace platform.

  • You (the Seller) are responsible for product listings, pricing, inventory, fulfillment, and after-sales support.

  • We provide the technology platform, secure payment processing, TrustPay buyer protection, logistics integrations, and marketing support.

Key Seller Responsibilities

By registering as a Seller, you agree to:

  • List accurate and high-quality drone parts with clear descriptions and images

  • Maintain real-time inventory updates

  • Package and dispatch orders promptly using approved courier partners

  • Handle customer queries, warranty claims, and returns

  • Ensure all products comply with Indian laws and our Banned Products List

Fee Structure (Summary)

Your earnings (“Seller Proceeds”) equal the Selling Price minus applicable charges, which may include:

  • Mall of Aviation Marketing Fee (percentage-based)

  • Payment Collection / Gateway Fees

  • Courier & Logistics Fees

  • Fulfillment Centre Charges (if applicable)

By completing the Seller Registration Form and clicking “I Accept”, you enter into a legally binding contract under Indian law.

SELLER AGREEMENT

Legal Status

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is an electronic document in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules made thereunder.
This Agreement does not require any physical, electronic, or digital signature.

This Agreement becomes effective upon your acceptance and governs the listing, marketing, sale, and delivery of products through the Website.

Parties to the Agreement

FIRST PART – Seller / You

Any individual or legal entity (company, sole proprietorship, partnership, HUF, etc.) duly registered on the Website through an authorized signatory.

SECOND PART – Mall of Aviation

Operated by Atom Aviation Services Private Limited

The Seller and Mall of Aviation may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
