The HME 43-K is a pilot’s headset with closed headphones and Ultra Noise Cancelling Microphone for use in Airline Jets and Business . The HME 43-K  features an ultra-lightweight design with excellent ergonomic properties  replaceable leatherette ear pads and a double-sided adjustable padded headband. The leatherette ear pads are extremely comfortable.
